What is one experience, that happened last month, that brought out your inner child and gratitude?
What is one weird and unique characteristic about yourself that can uplift the communities you are in?
What was your favorite song, theme song for last month, and how did it make you feel?
What is something that inspires you, in your day to day, that you are grateful for?
What are you grateful for, in the way you show up for your wellness, today or yesterday?
What are you grateful for in your ability to regulate your emotions?
What is your favorite type of cheese and why? If you dont like cheese what is your favorite type of hair tie and why?
Answer with “I AM grateful for….and list your answer to your choice of question above - no repeats throughout the week.
